この度、私の著書である2冊の作品、ペットロスのためのグリーフワークの絵本『いのちのふるさと』と、ペットロスのためのグリーフケアの絵本『タルトとホシのひかりのバトン』の英語版を出版いたしました。
大切なあの子との別れの痛み、そしてあの子を想う愛は、
国が違っても、言葉が違っても、
決して変わらないものだと私は信じています。
かつて、私が愛猫を失い深い悲しみの中にいたとき、
一冊の外国の絵本（翻訳されたもの）に救われたことがありました。
その時にいただいた温かな慰めを、
今度は私から世界のどこかにいる誰かへと届ける――。
そんな「恩返し」のような、愛の循環を願う気持ちでこの英語版を作成いたしました。
いきものたちとの別れは、言葉にできないほど悲しく、辛いものです。
けれど、愛は消えてなくなるのではなく、
いつまでも続いていきます。
そのことを、この2つの物語を通してお伝えできれば幸いです。

[New Release: English Editions for Pet Loss Support]
I am pleased to announce the English release of my two picture books: “Home of the Soul” (A Picture Book for Pet Loss and Grief Work) and “Tarto and Hoshi: The Baton of Light” (A Picture Book for Pet Loss and Grief Care).
I believe that the pain of losing a beloved companion, and the love we hold for them, remains the same regardless of borders or languages.
When I lost my cherished cat years ago, I was deeply comforted by a translated picture book from another country. With a heart full of gratitude, I created these English editions as a way to “give back” that warmth to someone else in the world who may be grieving today. It is my hope that these stories act as a bridge for a cycle of love.
Saying goodbye to our animal friends is painfully difficult. However, love does not disappear—it continues on forever. I hope these two stories can bring a gentle light to your heart.
